At Nacré Hair Studio Inc., we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. While as a small business, in order to maintain financial stability, we must us ensure our cancellation policy. Please note that by booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy as outlined below:

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to do so, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 HOURS NOTICE. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the booked service, even if you reschedule to a later time.

  • No-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the booked services. This fee will be charged to credit card on file or paid at the client’s next appointment which will be scheduled via email (otherwise no further scheduling can be made).

All cancellations must be emailed to: info@nacrehairstudio.com. Our policy is in effect and highly enforced. No exceptions will be made.
